HOW DOES THE DIESEL POWER PERFORMANCE SYSTEM WORK?
1. Directly controlling injector pulse width, strength and duration of the injector phase by active constant monitoring of engine load and rpm downstream of the the ecu controller. The ecu controls all engine timing, our module modifies this signal based on the feedback it receives related to engine load and rpm.
German engineered technology that speaks to the ECU with ACTIVE software management actively adjusting power levels based on engine RPM and Load increasing airflow to the engine and turbo.
A vehicle producing power at lower rpm’s saves fuel. Fuel efficiency is the bi-product of an engine that has increased torque at lower rpm’s.

Most significantly, the Diesel Power system substantially increases torque through a wider range of RPM making the driving experience more economical, and enjoyable!
All modules are fully adjustable via a rotary switch on the back of the module. The module comes set from the factory at the recommended setting for your vehicle. You can adjust the module to increase the power output of the motor to a certain point. A higher setting will net greater power gains than those indicated above. Too high a setting will see you blow more black smoke than usual. A "sweet spot" can usually be found in conjunction with a dyno tune of your motor when adding aftermarket exhuast systems or intercoolers.

TUV certification involves rigorous testing of the applications for which the component is designed. It includes verification that the device satisfies the strictest European regulations for the industry in which the component was designed for and ensures the component specifications are stated correctly. Periodic retesting of the component is required to maintain TUV approval and the certification is without question the most comprehensive testing any product would undergo. In the case of a tuning module, TUV approval means the product complies with legal exhaust-emissions standards.

A: While the answer is straightforward from a legal point of view, we would like to educate our customers on some industry realities and offer some common sense precautions to minimize your risk.The Federal Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act protects consumers of aftermarket products
- In Australia a consumer is protected under the nationwide Australian Consumer Law which incorporates the individual State Governments Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs Law -.
The act states that if something breaks on your car and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless they can prove that whatever modifications you have added to your vehicle actually caused the problem.While as a consumer you have strong legal protection regarding your vehicle's warranty, there is also a practical reality that different automotive manufacturers and dealers have greatly varying views on aftermarket products, in particular those that produce much-desired added horsepower, such as performance modules, chips, exhaust systems, and modified intake manifolds. There are dealers and manufacturers out there that will use the presence of a performance upgrade to void your vehicles warranty. They will do this regardless of which performance upgrade you are using.The bottom line is that while the law protects the consumer and provides for enforcement of the warranty, it is very difficult for most people to hire a lawyer and fight a voided warranty. DIESELPOWER recommends that you disconnect any performance-enhancing device prior to taking your vehicle in for service.

A: The Diesel Power module is designed and programmed in every case to improve the vehicles performance no more than the engines safety limits will allow, our module is programmed very carefully to insure no extra strain is put on the engine and all of its components such as turbo and injection equipment. To this day we have never had an incident where our module has caused ANY engine related problems. The life of an engine is determined by how it is driven and looked after. We have installed many Diesel Power modules on older, high millage cars and have cars that have been using the module for years without any problems.

warranty is non-transferable, it applies only to the original purchaser. All warranty claims must be pre-approved
and returned to KPD Industries Pty Ltd with $10.00 of postage stamps or a prepaid bag included within the
package to cover the cost of return shipping. Please ship using AusPost.

vary depending on vehicle mechanical condition and driving style. They must also understand that the original
manufacturer makes it’s own determinations regarding add-on products to their warranties, and that this limited warranty
is the only responsibility assumed by DieselPower®, which is limited to the original purchaser of the product. The
DieselPower® product may interfere with and should be removed from the vehicle prior to any diagnostic test procedures
being performed.
DieselPower® hereby warranty’s its products against any and all defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years from
the date of purchase. If KPD Industries Pty Ltd receives notice of claim during the warranty period, KPD Industries Pty
Ltd in consultation with DieselPower Germany at it’s own discretion, will replace the defective part or parts without
charge to the customer except shipping.
This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from freight damage, accident, misuse, unauthorized service,
modification or incorrect installation. KPD Industries Pty Ltd retains the right to inspect the part to determine the warranty
status of each claim. The maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price.
KPD Industries Pty Ltd makes no other warranty, whether written or oral, expressed or implied with respect to this
product. This limited warranty shall not apply to the cost of labor, material or other cost in connection with the removal
